Next Sunday - 1/18 While stepping into our thirteenth business year, we would like to thank you for all your kindness and support. We have enjoyed an open-armed acceptance from the community ever since we opened the doors back in 1997. We are very grateful to being voted out as the Best Restaurant in Alabama of 2007 by the Restaurant Association; even though we are not so sure if we deserved it. No matter what, we’ve been having a ball, especially when concocting up these monthly Wine Dinner menus. Bon Appetit! First Course (June: “A Japanese Banquet”) Eringi Mushroom Soup with Caramelized Onions One of the most popular Japanese dishes worldwide. Second Course (July: “Christmas in July”) Spinach & Pears in Goat Cheese-White Wine Dressing There are over 5,000 varieties of pears identified so far. Third Course (May: “French Riviera”) Duck Terrine with a wedge of Alsatian Onion Tart Now we know why the celebrities like French Riviera so much. Fourth Course (September: “New Orleans”) Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Crayfish Béarnaise This local favorite is served with hearty Jalapeno Corn Bread. Fifth Course (December: “North Italian”) Silkily Creamy Rum-and-Coffee spiced Mascarpone A light dessert that can carry the weight of a hearty dinner. |
